Please include as much detail as possible in your reason for return message. Examples – Ordered incorrect item, Received incorrect item, Item does not fit (explain), Item is defective (explain).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item was received defective. In the case of defect item return, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
