At German Auto Solutions, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Any German Auto Solutions manufactured item can be returned for any reason if it’s in new, never installed, condition. You have thirty days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you if your return has been rejected for any reason.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we will happily work with you to get you the correct one.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless it is covered by us due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us right away. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Return Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Final sale items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please use our Return Request Form. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email copy of it.
We will review your return request within 24 hours, and let you know if your request is approved. If we approve your return, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your return package. Please print a copy of the email and include it in the box with the returned item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When we receive your approved return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within three days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end.
